The F3-Diamond is a high-quality compact fluorescent downlighter featuring cast ceiling bezel and injection-moulded polycarbonate reflector that comes at an affordable price. At a shade over 110mm in height it overcomes site installation issues but still manages to deliver a class-leading photometric performance. The F3 reflector was designed and tooled by Compact specifically for use with single compact fluorescent lamps. The reflective surface is vacuum metallised which eliminates the iridescence that can sometimes be seen on post-anodised aluminium reflectors. As one might expect the F3 is available with fixed output and dimmable control gear and is also available with a 3-hour maintained emergency capability.

A range of accessories is available for the F3 and an IP65 variant is also catered for.

The Retail variant of the F3 Diamond downlighter lets your customers know that you are open for business! It achieves this by the use of a reflector that has two different surface treatments - the first being a highly specular finish to control glare, the second being the textured portion at the reflector opening that provides a pleasing effect without any unwanted glare.Like the other members of the F3 family all contemporary compact fluorescent lamps are catered for up to 42W. Control gear for fixed and dimmable outputs is available as is a 3-hour maintained emergency capability.

The F3 Halo uses the same reflector as the F3 Diamond to give an excellent quality of light. As an alternative to the F3 Retail, the Halo uses a bezel-mounted acrylic ring to achive a splash of light back on to the ceiling. As well as a pleasing architectural deatisl, this feature helps in some retail applications to advertise that the store is ready for trading. As with other members of the F3 range the F3 Halo is available with fixed output and dimmable control gear and is also available with a 3-hour maintained emergency capability.

The F3 Dropwash uses the same reflector as the F3 Diamond to give an excellent quality of light. The Dropwash feature then takes the main light output and creates an asymmetric distribution for wall washing and display purposes. Used in conjuncion with other members of the F3 range the Dropwash continues the circular theme as a viable alternative to other rectangular recessed fittings. As with other members of the F3 range the F3 Dropwash is available with fixed output and dimmable control gear and is also available with a 3-hour maintained emergency capability where appropriate.

The F3 Crossblade features the benefits of the F3 Diamond but features improved glare control via a cross-blade louvre. This feature can also be retro-fitted to existing F3 product members.
